Southwestern Steak
Ingredients
- 1 lb. beef tenderloin steak
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbs. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
Directions
Mix together salt, sugar, cumin, chili powder, and cayenne pepper, and press spices evenly over steak. Let stand for 5 minutes, then grill to desired doneness. Cut into thin slices and serve.
Serve with: Mixed Greens with Green Beans, Beets, and Feta or Goat Cheese
