  • 1 lb. beef top sirloin steak (1-in. thick)
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 (6 oz. each) pkg. fresh baby spinach
  • 1 C. chopped sweet red pepper
  • 3/4 C. chopped tomatoes
  • 1/3 C. chopped red onion
  • 1/3 C. ranch salad dressing
  • 2 Tbs. picante sauce
  • 1 tsp. taco seasoning

Sprinkle steak with salt and pepper. Grill steak, covered, over medium heat for 8-10 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness. Meanwhile, combine the spinach, red pepper, tomatoes and onion; divide among four serving plates. In a small bowl, combine the salad dressing, picante sauce and taco seasoning. Slice steak against the grain; arrange over salad. Drizzle with dressing.
