Southwestern Turkey

Ingredients
- 1 Tbs. olive or vegetable oil
- 1 1/4 lb. turkey breast tenderloins cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 14 1/2 oz. can diced tomatoes with Mexican seasoning, undrained
- 1/2 medium bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 Tbs. chili powder
- 2 Tbs. lime juice
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions
Heat oil in 12 inch skillet over medium high heat. Cook turkey in oil 4-6 minutes, stirring occasionally until brown. Place turkey in 2 1/2-4 quart slow cooker. Mix remaining ingredients; pour over turkey. Cover and cook on low heat setting 4-6 hours or until turkey is no longer pink in the center.
