  • ¼ C. soy sauce
  • 3 T. black tea
  • 2 T. rice vinegar
  • 1 T. sesame oil
  • 1 T. canola oil
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 sirloin steaks, cut into strips
  • 8 oz. soba noodles, cooked and drained
  • Preferred vegetables

In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, black tea, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and canola oil; set aside. Rub steak slices with ginger, salt, and pepper. In a skillet, heat oil until very hot and cook steak strips on each side for 5 to 6 minutes. In a large bowl, toss soba noodles and steak with sauce. Add in your favorite vegetables or serve it over a salad.
