These German dumplings are perfect for an Oktoberfest meal!

10-12 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 C. flour
  • 2/3 C. milk
  • soup stock

Directions

Beat eggs and add flour and milk, alternately.  Beat until smooth.  Over boiling soup stock, place spaetzle maker or make dumplings by cutting small pieces of dough and dropping them into stock.  They will rise to the surface as they are cooked.


Serve with: Bratwurst with Caramelized Onions and Apples
