  • 1 ob of ground beef
  • 0.2 bread crumbs
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 tbsp of water
  • 2 c. of healthy pasta sauce
  • 4 c. of hot cooked pasta
  • 4 tbsp of parmesan cheese

Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, egg whites, water, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Shape twelve meatballs. Place meatballs in a greased pan and bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees. Heat pasta sauce, add hot meatballs to paste sauce coat evenly. Serve over spaghetti, and sprinkle with cheese if desired.
