Spaghetti Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 lb. spaghetti, cooked
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten
- 3/4 C. milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 4 oz. grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 5 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
- 8 oz. mozzarella cheese
- 6 oz. pepperoni
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together the cooked spaghetti, eggs, milk, garlic salt and 4 oz. mozzarella cheese. Coat a 9x13-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray; pour mixture into the pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven. Add toppings — first spaghetti sauce, then 8 oz. mozzarella cheese and pepperoni. Bake again for 20 minutes.
Yield: 8 servings
