In large mixing bowl, whisk together the large eggs and the milk. Combine the grated parmesan cheese and whisk nicely. Save some shredded mozzarella cheese to top it off. Season with salt and pepper. Add the spaghetti to the mixture and incorporate it nicely.
Using a large skillet, drizzle a little of olive oil in low heat. Pour half of the spaghetti mixture into the skillet and sprinkle the remaining shredded mozzarella cheese on top. Pour the remaining spaghetti mixture.
Cover it with a lid or aluminum foil and cook the spaghetti pizza for 5 minutes. Check Use a spatula to gently lift the pizza from underneath and around the edges to prevent from sticking to the skillet. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the bottom is golden brown.
Preheat the broiler.
Place the skillet under the broiler and let it broil for 7 to 10 minutes. Be sure to check on it very often because the pizza can burn quickly. If your skillet has a rubber handle, wrap it around aluminum foil to prevent the handle from melting.
