If you are looking to try something new with your pork chops then this is the recipe for you. Add some tomato sauce with some sweet pickled relish and freshly chopped onions.

  • 4-6 pork chops
  • 1 8-oz. can tomato sauce
  • 2 T sweet pickle relish
  • 1 large onion cut in large slices

Layer onion slices and pork chops in a crockpot, starting with onion first. Put relish and tomato sauce on top and around layered chops. Turn on low for about 1-1/2 to 2 hours or until chops are tender.
