Spanish Chops
Ingredients
- 4-6 pork chops
- 1 8-oz. can tomato sauce
- 2 T sweet pickle relish
- 1 large onion cut in large slices
Directions
Layer onion slices and pork chops in a crockpot, starting with onion first. Put relish and tomato sauce on top and around layered chops. Turn on low for about 1-1/2 to 2 hours or until chops are tender.
