Ingredients

  • 6 lbs. spare ribs
  • 1 C. Open Pit barbeque Sauce
  • 1/2 C. Ketchup
  • 1/2 C. brown sugar
  • 1/3 C. sugar
  • 1/3 C. cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbs. worchestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp. paprika
  • 2 tsp. onion powder

Directions

Mix together all of the ingredients except the ribs and simmer on low for 20 minutes. Bake the ribs for 20 minutes at 450 degrees. Baste the ribs with the sauce and return to the oven. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours, basting every 20 minutes with the sauce.
