Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. chopped pork liver
  • 1/2 garlic clove, chopped
  • 4 anchovy fillets, chopped
  • 2 vinegar peppers, chopped
  • 1 Tbs. olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. marjoram
  • 2 Tbs. water
  • 4 slices bread, cut into triangles and fried in butter

Directions

Place liver, garlic, anchovies, peppers and olive oil in frying pan and fry for 5 minutes. Add marjoram, salt and pepper and continue cooking for 5 more minutes. Add water and cook 5 minutes longer. Remove from fire and spread liver mixture on fried bread triangles.
