Speedy Chocolate Orange Cheesecake

This is a great recipe to have in your file for that last minute bake sale request or when friends or family drops by.The flavors of chocolate and orange are a match made in heaven.

Ingredients

  • 11 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 14-oz . can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 C. orange juice
  • 1/3 C. mini chocolate morsels
  • 1 9-inch chocolate cookie pie crust

Directions

Beat cream cheese until fluffy, in medium mixing bowl. Add sweetened condensed milk, and orange juIce. Beat until smooth. Stir in morsels by hand. Spoon into pie crust. Chill 1 hour before serving.

  • Did anyone else have a problem with this recipe ? Mine did not set up and was way too sweet for us. I am going to try again with 1/2 a can of the milk.
