Speedy Strawberry Cheesecake (No-Bake!)
Serving Size / Yield
- Roughly 14 strawberries, chopped
- 16 oz softened cream cheese (2 packages)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 store-bought, premade pie crust
Use an electronic mixer to mix all the ingredients besides the crust in a large bowl.
Scoop the mixture into the pie crust and let it refrigerate for at least an hour.
