  • 2 Large Granny Smith Apples, peeled, cored and diced
  • 3 tsp. Ground Cinnamon, divided
  • 2 tsp. Ground Nutmeg
  • 1/2 C. All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 Tbs. Sugar
  • 1/2 C. Quick-Cook Oats
  • 8 Tbs. Butter, chilled and cubed

In a medium bowl, combine the diced apples with 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon and the ground nutmeg, and toss to coat. Spoon even amounts of the spiced apples into 4 6 oz. ramekins. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, oats, and remaining cinnamon. Cut in the butter until coarse crumbs form. Scoop and spread even amounts of topping onto each apple filling. Bake for 20-25 minutes until topping turns golden-brown and filling is warmed through.
