Spiced Apple Jelly
Ingredients
- 1 qt. apples
- 1 1/2 C. vinegar
- 1 tsp. whole cloves
- 1 1/2 C. cranberries
- 1 tsp. stick cinnamon
Directions
Tie spices in cheesecloth. Cook all together, drain through a jelly bag. Measure juice. Boil 20 minutes. Add equal amount of heated sugar and cook 5 minutes. Skim. Pour into sterilized jars. Seal with paraffin.
