Spiced Corned Beef Brisket with Horseradish Sour Cream

Ingredients
- 1 lg. sweet onion, sliced
- 3 to 3 1/2-lb. trimmed corned beef brisket
- 3/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1 C. reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 C. sour cream
- 1 Tbs. cream-style horseradish
- 2 Tbs chopped fresh parsley
Directions
Put onion in a 5- to 6-quart slow cooker. Remove beef from package; discard liquid and seasoning packet. Thoroughly rinse beef. Place beef on onion; sprinkle with red pepper. In small bowl, mix broth and Worcestershire sauce; pour over beef.
Cover and cook on Low heat setting 8 to 9 hours.
In small bowl bowl, stir sour cream, horseradish and parsley until well mixed. Serve with beef and onion.
