Spiced Hot Chocolate Mug

This homemade hot chocolate recipe is infinitely better than anything that could come out of a mix. Cinnamon, baking chocolate and Oreos!

Ingredients

  • 1 C. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 square Baker's Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate, finely chopped
  • 2 Oreo Chocolate Sandwich Cookies

Directions

Mix milk and cinnamon in saucepan. Bring just to a boil. Add chocolate and stir with wire whisk until chocolate is completely melted and milk is slightly frothy. Serve hot with cookies.

Variation: Prepare as directed using fat free milk. Substitute Baker's German Sweet Chocolate for Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate.

Yield: 1 serving
