  • 2 tubes crescent rolls
  • 1/2 (8 oz.) block cream cheese
  • 1 C. canned pumpkin
  • 1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 3 Tbs. sugar

Roll out each tube of crescent rolls and cut them lengthwise in 2. Mix together the pumpkin pie filling with the cream cheese, spices, and sugar. Beat together the ingredients until they become creamy and fluffy. Spread at least 1 Tbs. of the filling in the crescent roll and roll it up. Mix together 4 Tbs. sugar and 1 Tbs. pumpkin pie spice. Roll each croissant in the sugar mixture. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes at 375 degrees.
