  • 1 chopped onion

  • 1 can of kidney beans
  • 1 can of corn
  • 2 cans of diced tomatoes
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cilantro, for garnish

In a large skillet, saute beef and onions over medium high heat until meat is browned and onions are clear. Drain the grease from the pan and put the beef and onions into a slow cooker. Add diced tomatoes, beans, corn, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook the chili over low heat for three to five hours. Serve garnished with cilantro
