  • 1 1/2 lb. pork tenderloin
  • 1/4 C. rice wine
  • 4 Tbs. hoisin sauce
  • 2 Tbs. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbs. honey
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. Chinese 5-spice powder
  • 1/4 tsp. hot Chinese mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Place tenderloin on a dish. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and whisk to combine. Pour 1/4 C. of the marinade over pork and turn to coat. Set aside to marinate while preparing remaining dish. Place remaining marinade mixture in a small saucepan and set aside. Place pork in broiler for about 5 to 10 minutes per side, or until each side is browned. When done, place pork on a work surface and let rest 5 minutes.
