These spicy chicken rolls are crispier, easier to make and healthier, because they are baked – to perfection. They make a great appetizer as well as a tasty side.

  • 1 package of egg roll wraps (16 oz.)
  • 3 cups of shredded chicken
  • 2 cups of bagged coleslaw vegetable mix
  • 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons of chili oil
  • 2 tablespoons of minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon of ginger
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large pan, heat chili oil over medium heat. Add garlic, then chicken and coleslaw, pouring soy sauce and sprinkling onion powder and ginger over everything as it’s being cooked. Once the contents are evenly coated, remove from heat and set aside.
Put a couple scoops of the filling on each egg roll wrapper and roll it up, sealing the edges by moistening the edges with some water. Placed wrapped rolls on a lined sheet pan and bake for 15 minutes.
