  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 4 C. beef broth
  • 1 (15 oz.) can diced tomatoes
  • 2 T. lime juice
  • 2 T. cilantro, finely diced
  • 1 C. corn
  • 1 (4 oz.) can diced red or green chilies
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp. onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ tsp. oregano
  • ½ tsp. paprika
  • Pinch red pepper flakes
