This is a great marinade for beef and leftovers can be used on salads or in wraps.

  • 1/2 C. picante sauce
  • 1/3 C. red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 C. oil
  • 1 Tbs. fresh cilantro, snipped
  • 1 clove crushed garlic
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper

Pour marinade over cooked sliced beef. Marinate for 4-24 hours in refrigerator. Use in salad, for pita sandwiches or in tortillas. Enough for 1 pound.
