Spicy Black Bean Dip

Ingredients
- 1 15-oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. hot sauce
- 1-2 serrano chiles, seeded and finely chopped
- 1/4 C. cilantro, chopped
- 1 C. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Directions
Combine all ingredients, except cheese, in a food processor and blend slightly. Place mixture in a small baking dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes and serve warm with tortilla chips.
