Spicy Cajun Chops

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 C. butter
- 1/2 C. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 Tbs. hot sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 C. chopped onion
- 1/4 C. lemon juice
- 3 lbs. thin cut or breakfast pork chops
- 1 Tbs. blackening seasoning
Directions
Stir together butter, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, garlic, onion and lemon juice. Place pork chops in large zip-top bag and pour sauce mixture over chops. Seal and refrigerate for 4-6 hours. After marinating, place chops in casserole dish and pour half of marinade over chops, then sprinkle to taste with the blackening seasoning. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes or until pork is done.
