  • 1 C. chili sauce
  • 1/2 C. hot and spicy ketchup
  • 1 C. sour cream
  • 8 tortillas
  • 3 C. chicken, shredded and cooked
  • 3 C. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 C. red pepper, diced
  • 1/4 C. red onion, finely diced
  • 1/4 C. fresh parsley, chopped

In a bowl, blend the chili sauce and ketchup. Divide the mixture in half. Stir in the sour cream to half or the chili sauce mixture. Spread the other half of the chili sauce mixture evenly over the tortillas. Sprinkle the tortillas with chicken, peppers, onion, cheese, and parsley. Fold each tortilla in half. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and lightly grease the skillet. Add the tortillas and cook for 3 to 5 minutes on each side. Slice into wedges and serve with sauce.
