  • 1 bunch red radishes, thinly sliced
  • 3 C. Napa cabbage, chopped
  • Small head Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 2 C. diced Jarlsberg cheese
  • 8 oz. sliced lean turkey pastrami or smoked turkey cut in strips or diced
  • 2 C. peeled, chopped jicama
  • 2 mangoes, peeled, pitted and chopped
  • 3/4 C. sliced green onions or scallions
  • Dressing:
  • 1/4 C. fresh lime juice
  • 1 Tbs. Orange Blossom honey, to taste
  • 1 Tbs. Balsamic Honey Vinegar
  • 1 Tbs. seeded, minced jalapeno pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1/4 C. olive oil

In large bowl, gently toss salad ingredients. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Dressing: Whisk together first 5 ingredients. Add olive oil while whisking to thicken. Season to taste with coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper. Dressing can be made a day ahead, placed in screw top jar and refrigerated. Shake well before serving. Toss salad with dressing.
