  • Spanish olive oil
  • A handful of freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • Spicy chorizo
  • A dash of Red pepper
  • A dash of sea salt
  • Few fresh green olives

Drizzle some olive oil in a small frying pan and heat on medium. Take a bowl; mix eggs, a handful of Parmesan cheese, a small dash of red pepper, a dash of salt and milk. Cut up chorizo in circles and then cut them in half. When the pan is hot and ready, pour the egg mixture in the pan, and allow the mixture to heat for one minute. Now sprinkle the chorizo pieces evenly on the mixture. Turn the omelette over and heat it for one minute. Finally, serve the spicy omelette on toasted bread with some fresh olives as garnish.
