Spicy Corn Bread Stuffing

The pork sausage compliments the chopped cherry peppers and the stuffing mix amazingly.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
  • 1 C. chopped celery
  • 1 C. chopped onion
  • 1 3/4 C. Swanson(r) Chicken Broth
  • 5 C. Pepperidge Farm(r) Corn Bread Stuffing
  • 1/4 C. seeded and chopped cherry peppers

Directions

Cook sausage, celery and onion in saucepot until sausage is browned and vegetables are tender. Add broth and heat to a boil. Remove from heat. Add stuffing and peppers. Mix lightly.
