  • 8 ears corn
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Butter, as needed
  • Chili powder, as needed
  • Paprika, as needed
  • 4 Tbs. parsley
  • 1 lime, juiced

Heat the grill to medium.

Pull the outer husks down the ear to the base. Strip away the silk and husks from each ear of corn by hand. Immerse corn in a large bowl with cold water and 1 tablespoon of salt for 10 minutes.

Remove corn from water and place on the grill. Close the cover and grill for 15 to 20 minutes, or until kernels are tender and slightly scorched.

Drizzle corn with lime juice and rub butter, paprika, chili powder on top. Garnish with parsley. Serve warm.
