  • 2 Tbs. 2% or skim Milk
  • 1/2 C. light mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbs. prepared horseradish
  • 3 Tbs. fresh, minced parsley

In a food processor or blender, process the cottage cheese, milk, and mayonnaise until smooth, about 2 minutes on high. Add the remaining ingredients and process for another minute. Serve with raw vegetables, chips or crackers.
