Spicy Cream of Mushroom Meatballs
Serving Size / Yield
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 C. Italian bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 egg
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 Tbs. crushed red pepper
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, black pepper, garlic powder, red pepper flakes and minced garlic together in a bowl and beat in egg. Mix and form into balls.
Put cream of mushroom soup into a casserole pan and put in the meatballs. Cook for 20-25 minutes and top with parsley.
