Who says vegetables have to be boring? Jazz up your veggies by adding a little spice and the perfect crunch. These spicy bad boys can compete with any fresh fry recipe, and we don’t make bold statements like that often!

  • 1 lbs green beans, trimmed and washed
  • 3 Tbs. olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp spicy chili powder, depending on how hot you like it (cayenne works well too)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
Toss the green beans with the oil in a large bowl. Mix together the breadcrumbs and spices in another bowl.
Pour the breadcrumb mixture into the large bowl with the green beans and toss.
Lay them out in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes, or until browned.
Toss them half way through cooking for the best results.
