Jalapenos and green chilies add a kick to this recipe, while a potato chip topping gives it some crunch!

  • two 16-oz. pkg. frozen whole green beans, thawed
  • two 8-oz. cans sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • one 16-oz. pkg. cubed jalapeno Velveeta cheese
  • one 10-oz. can tomatoes and green chilies
  • 4 Tbs. butter, melted
  • 1 Tbs. chicken seasoning
  • 1 1/2 C. crushed potato chips

In a slow cooker, combine green beans, water chestnuts, cheese, tomatoes, green chilies, melted butter, and chicken seasoning. Mix well.  Cover and cook on low for 3-5 hours.  Just before serving, top with potato chips.
