Spicy Deviled Eggs
Serving Size / Yield
- 6 hard boiled eggs, peeled
- 4 Tblsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. yellow mustard
- 2 tsp. hot sauce
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 Tblsp. cilantro, minced
Cut the hard boiled eggs in half lengthwise. Scoop the yolks into a small bowl and mash them with a fork.
Mix the mustard, mayonnaise, hot sauce and cayenne pepper into the yolks and beat until smooth. You can use a hand mixer or food processor for this step, if desired.
Stir the cilantro into the yolk mixture. Spoon the mixture into a piping bag with a large star tip. Squeeze the mixture into the egg whites with a swirling movement.
Serve the deviled eggs with a sprinkle of cilantro on top and don't forget to warn people that they are hot
