In a medium-sized pan, cook your leftover ground turkey for 2 minutes or until it becomes brown in medium heat. Then, add the dry spices and vegetables and stir well with the ground turkey until the meat is fully cooked.
When the ground turkey is fully cooked, transfer the meat into a large pot to make the chili. In low heat, add crushed tomatoes, black beans, tomato sauce, and whole-kernel corn and let it cook for 10-15 minutes. Make sure to place a lid on the chili for moisture and check every 5 minutes to add water. If the chili taste bland, do not be afraid to add spices into the chili.
To serve it up, place in a bowl and garnish the chili with leftover cheddar cheese, pickled jalapenos peppers, and purple onion.
