These healthy grilled fries use much less oil than the fried kind.

  • 2 russet potatoes
  • 1 Tbs. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt

Clean poatoes and cut into fries.  Sprinkle with oil and lemon juice, then let stand for about 5 minutes.  Place potatoes on a hot grill, season with salt and pepper, then grill until tender.
