Spicy Garlic Butter Breadsticks

- 1 package active dry yeast
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 cup luke warm water
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Ingredients For Garlic Butter:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3/4 teaspoon fresh parsley
- 1/2 tablespoon garlic butter
- 1/4 teaspoon green chili, chopped
Add yeast, sugar, water and 1 cup flour in a large bowl. Stand for 10 minutes. Throw in remaining flour and salt. Knead mixture for 3 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon olive oil. Knead for 2 minutes. Add 1/2 teaspoon olive oil drops on dough. Cover bowl and let sit for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
For garlic butter, melt butter in microwave with bowl. Add parsley, garlic powder and chili.
Once doubled in size, divide dough in 10 balls. Rest for 10 minutes. Divide balls into 10 thick and tall breadsticks. Place sticks on baking sheet and spread with garlic butter. Stand for 20 minutes. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
