  • 4 chicken breast or assorted parts
  • 1 C. buttermilk
  • 2 T. hot sauce
  • 1 T. Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 ½ C. bread crumbs
  • ¼ C. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 T. flour
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • ½ tsp. cayenne pepper

In a large bowl, whisk together buttermilk, hot sauce, mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper. Add chicken, cover, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan, flour, thyme, paprika, and cayenne. Take chicken from buttermilk mixture and coat with breadcrumbs. Transfer to a greased baking sheet and bake for 30 to 45 minutes until golden and crispy.
