Spicy Ground Chuck Soup
Ingredients
- 2-3 lbs. of Ground Chuck
- 1 48 oz. jar of Salsa
- 1 46 oz. jar of V/8 Spicy Hot Tomato Juice
- 1 14.5 oz. can of Diced Tomatoes, "Your choice" (Optional)
- 2 16oz bags of Mixed Veggies
Directions
Brown ground chuck (drain). Put in large cooking pot, add the other ingredients. Simmer until veggies are soft but not mushy.
NOTE: I always soften my veggies in the microwave for a few minutes, before adding to soup, for shorter cooking time.
