Spicy Ham Cheese Ball
Ingredients
- 3 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 C. minced green onions
- 1 Tbs. chili powder
- 1-2 tsp. Cajun seasoning-the more the hotter
- 1 C. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 C. minced cooked ham
- 1 Tbs. mayonnaise
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, green onions, chili powder, Cajun seasoning, Cheddar cheese, ham and mayonnaise. Form the mixture into one or more balls. Chill for about an hour.
Serve chilled.
