Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- ½ C. bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 3 T. shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 14 oz. jar pasta sauce
- 1 12 oz. jar chili sauce
- 1 French loaf
- Sliced Provolone cheese

Directions
In a bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, garlic, thyme, oregano, Parmesan, and egg. Shape into 12-14 meatballs. In crockpot mix together pasta sauce and chili sauce. Add meatballs and cook on low for 6 hours. Slice French bread into individual subs, spoon meatballs and sauce onto sandwich and add provolone.
