Spicy Jalapeno Cornbread

- 1 pkg. Cornbread mix
- ⅓ C. milk
- 1 (15 oz.) can of sweet corn
- 2 Tbs. butter, melted
- ½ C. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 large jalapeno, diced fine and separated into half cups
- 1 pkg. cream cheese, softened
Preheat the oven 375 degrees. Combine all of the ingredients and pour the batter into a greased muffin pan and bake the mixture for 20 minutes until they’re ready.
Combine softened cream cheese with jalapenos until smooth, spoon mixture into a piping bag or sandwich bag. Work the cream cheese mixture to a corner of the sandwich bag, snip the corner. Pip the mixture on top of each muffin.
