Spicy Kale Chips
Serving Size / Yield
- 1 head kale, washed and dried in a salad spinner
- 2 Tbs. olive oil
- 1Tbs. chili powder
- Sea salt, for sprinkling
- 1/2 C. jalapeno, chopped (optional)
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees.
Remove the ribs from the kale and cut into 1-inch chips. Lay on a baking sheet and toss with the olive oil, salt, chili powder, and jalapeno. Bake until crisp, turning halfway through, about 15 minutes.
