  • 3 lb. chicken legs, thighs, etc.
  • 3-4 large potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 C. cherry tomatoes
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp. ginger
  • 2 T. red pepper flakes
  • ½ T. rosemary
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • ¼ C. soy sauce
  • 1 T. rice wine vinegar
  • 2 T. honey
  • 2 T. hot sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 T. sesame oil

In your crockpot, add chicken, potatoes, onion, cherry tomatoes, and garlic. In a bowl, combine ginger, red pepper flakes, rosemary, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, honey, hot sauce, sesame oil, salt, and vinegar.
