  • 3 lb. chicken legs, thighs, etc.
  • 3-4 large potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 C. cherry tomatoes
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp. ginger
  • 2 T. red pepper flakes
  • ½ T. rosemary
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • ¼ C. soy sauce
  • 1 T. rice wine vinegar
  • 2 T. honey
  • 2 T. hot sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 T. sesame oil

In your crockpot, add chicken, potatoes, onion, cherry tomatoes, and garlic. In a bowl, combine ginger, red pepper flakes, rosemary, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, honey, hot sauce, sesame oil, salt, and vinegar. Pour into crockpot, toss contents to evenly coat, and cook on high for 4 hours. Serve with fresh herbs and rice.
