Spicy Loaded Baked Potatoes

- 2 large baking potatoes
- 4 slices bacon
- hot sauce
- 2 tsp. butter
- 1/4 C. sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4-1/2 C. cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 stalks green onions, sliced
Pierce the potatoes several times with a fork and wash. Put each potato in the microwave separately and cook on high heat for 5 minutes, or until soft. Wrap each potato in foil and let it sit for an additional 3 to 5 minutes. They should be soft and fleshy.
Meanwhile, fry the bacon crisp and set aside to cool. Once cool, crumble it. Once the potatoes are done, halve them and scoop the flesh out into a bowl. Mix the flesh with the hot sauce to taste, butter, sour cream, and salt. Fill the potato halves with this potato mixture. The potatoes should overflow a little. Put the potatoes on a microwave safe plate and sprinkle with cheese. Microwave for 30 second intervals until the cheese is melted. Sprinkle with green onions and bacon. Serve hot.
