  • 2 cups macaroni
  • 8 ounces Cheddar, 1/2 cubed, 1/2 shredded
  • 8 ounces Colby cheese, cubed
  • 8 ounces Monterey pepper jack cheese, cubed
  • 2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 cup tomato
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard
  • 2 ounces of cream cheese
  • 4 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup finely grated onions

Put the macaroni in a large bowl with the different cheesees and pour into baking dish. In a seperate bowl, mix the flour, salt, peppers, mustard, and onions. Then add in the cream cheese, sour cream, milk, and beaten egg. Pour mixture over pasta and layer with the shredded Cheddar and any other remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 35  minutes or until the top begins to brown.
