  • 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs, sliced
  • 1 Tbs. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbs. flour
  • 1 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. brown sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped fine
  • 1/2 C. mango-orange juice
  • 1 tsp. sriracha sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste

Heat olive oil in your crockpot, on medium heat. In a bowl, mix the flour, cornstarch, brown sugar, salt and pepper. Dip the thighs in egg, then in flour mixture, and place them in the crockpot. Cook the chicken for 10 minutes on each side. Then, add in the garlic, mango juice and and sriracha. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook on low for 4-5 hours.
