Spicy Muenster Fondue

Ingredients
- one 10-oz. can enchilada sauce
- 1/4 C. chopped green chilies
- 3 C. shredded muenster cheese
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbs. cold water

Directions
In a sauceapan, heat enchilada sauce and chilies. Add cheese, a little at a time, stirring until cheese melts. Stir in chili powder. Combine cornstarch and water; add to sauce mixture. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Turn into fondue pot. Keep warm. Serve with French bread, ham, and shrimp for dipping.
