  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup water
  • 5 minced garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice
  • 8 ounces pad Thai noodles
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 pound sliced pork
  • 1 ½ cup julienned carrots
  • 1 julienned red bell pepper
  • ¼ cup sliced green onion
  • ¼ cup peanuts

Combine the peanut butter, water, soy sauce, brown sugar, 2 garlic cloves, Worcestershire sauce, and lime juice in a sealed container and shake to mix well. In a large pot, boil water and add the noodles. Cook for 7 minutes. Heat the 2 tablespoons oil over medium heat and cook the remaining garlic and pork strips. Cook for 6 minutes. Add the carrots, pepper, and noodles. Stir fry for 2 minutes and remove from the pan. Mix with the sauce, peanuts, and green onion.
